Interview with Raffaello Graziotto
22.2.2022
Today we would like to introduce a new entry to the Enerblue team: Raffaello Graziotto, CTO and member of the Board of Directors, who will bring his valuable experience and professionalism to the company, having worked thirty years in the dehumidification and air conditioning sector.
• What was your previous work experience?
I have thirty years' experience in the field of dehumidification and air conditioning. I was a founding member of Hidros Srl, and a chairman of its Board of Directors since 2014. I was lucky enough to be required to cover various operational positions within the organization. Specifically, I have always held the position of CTO as my primary role - but I also acquired significant experience in the procurement/supply chain and IT sectors, as well as in the field of Customer Satisfaction responsibility.
• What is your role within Enerblue?
Operationally, I took on the role of CTO, with technical and Customer Satisfaction responsibilities, and I am also a member of the Board of Directors.
• What are your everyday tasks?
I coordinate the entire technical sector, starting with the development of new projects and the management of their compliance, both at regulatory and at technical specificity level.
I also manage the whole industrialisation and order development process, as well as integration with the production activities.
Moreover, I work closely with the Procurement department particularly at this difficult time in terms of procurement of components and identification of any alternatives.
I am also involved in the technical integration of both the new PDM and the new ERP.
Finally (last but not least), I interact daily with the Customer Satisfaction Manager and their team, analysing any issues that are submitted to us, but above all, helping to plan the support services to be made available to our customers, including training activities.
• How long have you been working with Enerblue?
I am a new entry: I joined the Enerblue team a few months ago.
• What prompted you to join the Enerblue team?
I could answer with one word: "Idrolitina". This powder that we used when I was a child to make drinking water sparkling gives a very good idea of the buzz, the desire for innovation and the competitive spirit that can be felt everywhere within the company - and which won me over.
• What is the personal contribution that you wish to bring to Enerblue in order to promote its growth?
Having acquired field-specific expertise and skills for over thirty years, I would like to make it all available to the entire company workforce, helping to spread industry-related culture and professionalism. We should never forget that knowledge is power.
• Is there any one aspect of the corporate life that particularly impressed you?
The focus on human resources - obvious from the word go.
• Which is the strong point of the Enerblue team?
The average age of the management staff - combining a wide variety of solid skills and bringing vital, "renewable" energy (pun intended) to the company on a daily basis. Every day we are faced with a new challenge tackled with determination and tenacity.
• Which colour, sensation or adjective best describes your vision of Enerblue?
This question is very easy for me to answer:
- Colour: green
- Sensation: freshness, effervescence
- Adjectives: sustainable, renewable
