LEAF: Enerblue's guiding method into the future
15.4.2024
Being sustainable means working for a better future, but also increasing the efforts each of us makes for the planet and for our customers. With this goal in mind, we decided to embark on a path that would make us even more efficient in our processes, more impactful and faster in product innovation, and more cohesive as a group.
This path has a name: LEAF.
Currently, the methodologies and guidelines of LEAF are applied in two core areas of technical department: new product development and order management. The LEAF action plan includes the use of Agile and Lean methodologies. Project leaders, supported by a project management platform, distribute tasks according to the skills of the operators. The result is tangible: increased team productivity, cohesion among people and respect of scheduled deadlines, whether it's a new product or the delivery of heat pumps.
Where did the need come from?
In the last three years, we have grown very rapidly: from the initial team of 40 people, we are now 120. Growing so rapidly requires us to reorganize teams and company assets. As a result, we felt the need to create fellowship between colleagues and disseminate the new skills that have entered the company.
