This Privacy Policy sets out to describe the ways in which this website is managed, with reference to the processing of personal data of users/visitors consulting the website. This information is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679, setting forth provisions on data protection, to persons consulting of the company Enerblue S.r.l.'s website and using the relative web services offered on the website www.enerblue.it.
This information applies only to the website mentioned above and not to other websites that may be accessed by the user through ad hoc links.
The website www.enerblue.it is owned by the company Enerblue S.r.l. and managed by the same company, which guarantees compliance with legislation regarding the protection of personal data.

1. Purposes and methods of data processing


1.1. Browsing data.
The computer systems used for the functioning of the website acquire, in their daily operation, some personal data that are automatically transmitted while using web communication protocols. If processed with data held by third parties, these data might identify users/visitors. These include, for example, IP addresses and domain names of computers used by users/visitors connecting to the website.

1.2 Data provided voluntarily by users/visitors
 
If users/visitors, when connecting to this website, send their personal data to access some services or make requests via e-mail, this entails the acquisition by Enerblue S.r.l. of the sender's address and/or any other personal data that will be used exclusively to respond to the request or provide the service. The website uses tracking cookies, short text strings that are sent from the website server to the browser of the website user/visitor, and are automatically saved on the user/visitor's PC. 1.3.1. Tracking cookies

(hereinafter "Google") to generate statistics on the use of the website; Google Analytics uses cookies (not third-party cookies) that do not save personal data. Specific security measures are adopted to prevent the loss of data, their illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

The subjects to whom collected personal data refer (data subjects) are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know their content and origin, and to check their accuracy or request their integration, updating, or correction.
