Interview with Raffaele Baldan

In this short interview, we get to know Plant Manager Raffaele Baldan better. For about a year now he has contributed his experience and professionalism to Enerblue, with the intent of improving production and warehouse organisation for even faster, more efficient order fulfilment.

• What is your position at Enerblue?

I am currently Plant Manager, responsible for production, the warehouse and the building.

• How long have you worked at Enerblue?

A few days ago I celebrated my first year with Enerblue.

• Where did you work before this?

I worked for a multinational in the fashion&luxury sector and for an American company in the industrial sector.

• Are you pleased with the results achieved by the company?

Very, we have taken giant leaps and, more importantly, we have dreamt big!

• How have you managed to get through this past year and a half with the pandemic?

By always following the rules! The guys have put so much effort into their work despite all the problems that came about when the pandemic exploded.

• What medium/long-term goals have you set yourselves?

The main objective is growth, in every direction: quality, efficiency, punctuality, safety.

Always working as a team!

In the long term, the Enerblue team wants to honour the motto we wear on our t-shirts: “We heat everything apart from the planet”!

• What processes are you putting in place to ensure that employees meet company goals?

For me, sharing is fundamental. Explaining where we are headed and how we want to get there forms the basis for working together to achieve every objective.

• What is the Enerblue team’s strong point?

Our people’s abilities. Managing to do, build, resolve even when time is short!

• What colour, sensation or adjective best describes your vision of Enerblue?

Blue! It is the colour of the sea, of all its infinite possibilities. And above all it is the DNA of our past, of our present (Enerblue) and of our future (FrecciaBlue project).
