Interview with Caterina Spiandorello
30.8.2021
Caterina Spiandorello, Enerblue Supply Chain & ICT Manager, is another new hire that has joined the company’s team. By relying on her expertise, she believes she will be able to contribute to the growth, motivation and enthusiasm of the team.
Can you tell us about your previous work experience?
I worked for many years for a company engaging in industrial refrigeration and thermoregulation, Green Box srl. Luckily, I was able to hold different positions within the organisation, allowing me to build a wealth of knowledge and gain extensive experience relating to management, organisation and operations.
What is your role at Enerblue?
At Enerblue, I hold the position of Supply Chain & ICT Manager and the first important project that I have been assigned will be the implementation of a new corporate ERP.
What activities do you carry out on a daily basis?
Since I have to combine two roles involving very different characteristics and tasks, my working day entails managing wide-ranging and long-term projects –– such as the improvement and introduction of new IT tools –– as well as supply management activities in order that machines may be built.
The first role one allows me to work a lot as part of a team and in this initial period is enabling me to get to know people and organisational structures. My second role – against today’s rather complex backdrop – entails interacting daily with Enerblue suppliers, with whom long-standing technical and technological partnerships have been established.
How long have you been employed with Enerblue?
I have just joined the Enerblue team and I look forward to a long and rewarding journey within this company.
What made you decide to join the Enerblue team?
Right from the very first meeting, I perceived a young and proactive company geared towards growth and development while keeping a strong focus on business climate and on the individual.
What is the personal contribution you aim to provide to further Enerblue’s growth?
I'd like to be able to put the experience I've gained so far to good use, consistent with Enerblue’s own needs. I firmly believe in the value of the team and I count on being able to help grow and motivate and arouse enthusiasm within the group while supporting the organisation in its growth path.
Is there an aspect of corporate life you were impressed by?
Undoubtedly, the family-like environment, coupled with the will to do and, consequently, outperform and improve every day.
What is Enerblue team’s strong points?
In a young and still small-sized company like Enerblue, strong points definitely include the short time required for decisions to be implemented as well as a great enthusiasm that ultimately feeds into a lot of projects and rewarding improvements.
What colour, feeling or adjective best describes your vision for Enerblue? Briefly explain your choice
Definitely green, as it portrays both the company’s drive and strong will to stand out in green undertakings and approaches as well the feeling across the company, green also conjuring up balance, solidity with a hint of freshness, which are all reflected in the company environment.
