Interview with Alessandra Rigon
9.2.2023
Today we would like to introduce you to Alessandra Rigon, HR Manager at Enerblue for the past 10 months but with a strong previous experience in the human resources domain thanks to previous jobs in companies in the HVAC sector.
• What was your previous work experience?
I have been dealing with people and organisations since I was young (quite younger tbh).
I grew up professionally in the HR department of two different HVAC companies. Then for the last three years, as a consultant, I have been involved in recruitment and organisational development.
• What role do you play at Enerblue?
I am HR Manager, whose role is to foster people's motivation and well-being and work to ensure that the HR strategy is aligned with Enerblue's overall objective.
• What is your day-to-day activity?
From selection and onboarding processes, to personnel development and more managerial and coordination activities. All this is accompanied by a good amount of unforeseen events and general demands.
The days are all different, and I love my job for that too!
• How long have you been working at Enerblue?
Officially, as an employee, for 10 months (unofficially, as a consultant for a bit longer).
• What prompted you to join the Enerblue team?
I was immediately struck by Enerblue's relentless desire to grow, the passion and drive for innovation, which are the characteristics of the people who make up the company. This enthusiasm intersected with my desire to be part of a challenging (and sustainable) project ... and now here I am!
• What is the personal contribution you want to bring to Enerblue's growth?
I like to think I can bring my contribution by facilitating the creation and nurturing of relationships between the various corporate entities, through continuous interaction and exchange of feedback, while keeping an eye on people engagement.
• Is there one aspect of corporate life that has impressed you positively?
Definitely the fact, that every day there is a good reason to celebrate! Birthdays, hirings, achievements and many more – not a day passes by without croissants or cake at Enerblue.
• What is the strength of the Enerblue team?
Ambition and the desire to be part of a greater purpose, but above all to believe that it is possible to achieve it all together.
• What colour, feeling or adjective best describes your personal vision of Enerblue?
For me it is green: one of the colours of Enerblue (and I would add my favourite colour).
Green is a symbol of vitality and growth. Of liveliness.
And I challenge anyone to find a company in this industry that is greener and more vibrant than Enerblue!
