Technical Documentation & Proposal Specialist

Workplace: Candiana (PD), Italy

To strengthen our Sales & Marketing team, we are looking for a Technical Documentation & Proposal Specialist, a key figure in technical and commercial support and in promoting our solutions.
The candidate will play a central role in preparing technical and commercial offers for non-standard machines, working independently or in collaboration with the technical department to define the most suitable solutions, and using product selection and configuration tools.

What you will be doing:

• drafting technical and commercial offers for non-standard machines, using product selection and configuration tools;
• managing and maintaining the selection tool;
• drafting and updating technical and commercial documentation for stakeholders;
• contributing to the introduction of a centralized contents and documents management system.

The requirements are:

• Degree in Engineering;
• Previous experience in technical/commercial roles in manufacturing/industrial companies;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Willingness to travel to customers/distributors;
• Knowledge of the Refweb/Refbox tool is considered a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills, a results-oriented approach, and proactivity complete the profile.
