Enerblue is looking for an After Sales Specialist to join the Technical team in our After Sales Department.
This role requires cross-disciplinary technical skills: electrical, electronic and refrigeration/thermodynamics. Your goal will be to ensure effective and quality after-sales service to our customers.
What you will do:
- Propose concrete solutions to restore the proper functioning of the units
- Work with the quality department and production to turn any issues into continuous improvement insights for the company
- Properly manage relationships with installers, distributors, and service centers.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree with established experience in the HVAC industry
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the role or in similar technical field
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC product and components
- Knowledge of analysis on operation and malfunction of refrigeration equipment
- Autonomy, problem solving, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Good knowledge of English language
- Aptitude for teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Available for domestic/foreign travel if needed
