Laboratory Engineer

Workplace: Cantarana di Cona (VE), Italy

We are looking for a Laboratory Engineer to join our R&D team.

What you will do:

Contribute to the development and design of our HVAC solutions, working closely with the laboratory and testing area
Carry out testing, performance analysis, and product optimization
Collaborate with Project Management, Quality Testing, and other technical departments to turn ideas into real, efficient solutions

Who we are looking for:

Graduates in Industrial Engineering (Energy or similar), with around 3 years of experience
Practical approach and strong problem-solving mindset
Team player able to communicate effectively with different departments
Curious, practical, and ready to take on new challenges

We’re looking for a technical mind that’s not afraid to get their hands dirty — someone passionate, fast, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
