Area Manager DACH

Place of work: Cantarana di Cona (province of Venice, Italy)  

In order to strengthen our organisation, we are looking for an Export Area Manager DACH, who, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, will be responsible for leading the team's activities and developing plans aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
Once in the role, the candidate will develop and coordinate commercial strategies and sales activities in the pre-assigned geographical areas, guaranteeing the sales targets agreed with the sales management.
A proactive and customer-oriented approach completes the profile. 
Excellent communication and negotiation skills will be considered a plus.

The necessary requirements are:
- Diploma or degree in technical subjects or other equivalent qualification
- Previous experience of 5-10 years in the field, ideally in companies operating in the HVAC sector;
- Previous experience in direct or functional team management
- Excellent fluency in English and German
- Strong problem-solving orientation.
- Availability for travel abroad.
